RS Transfer owns the border transfer between the Matamoros / Río Bravo zone and the U.S. handover at Brownsville or Pharr. For Mexico interior linehaul, the network connects with Internacional de Carga RS. Inland U.S. legs after the Texas handoff are covered by partner carriers.
