Where does RS provide cross-border service?
RS Transfer connects South Texas handoff points (typically Pharr, Brownsville/McAllen) with Matamoros and Río Bravo. Partner U.S. carriers cover inland U.S. legs; Internacional de Carga RS covers Matamoros/Río Bravo into interior Mexico.
How do customers track a load?
Authorized customers enter their load number and email, then receive a secure code. Trailer number alone never grants access.
How long does the tracking code remain valid?
The code remains valid while the load is in transit and automatically deactivates when the trip is completed at destination.
How can I request a quote?
Submit the website form with the lane, equipment, date, commodity and weight. RS generates a reference number for follow-up.
